You are responsible for any activity that occurs on New Commonwealth under your account. You are responsible for keeping your New Commonwealth account secure. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other New Commonwealth users. You may not use the New Commonwealth service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics and photos ("Content") that you create, post, or share on the New Commonwealth service. New Commonwealth is intended for personal, professional or corporate use. New Commonwealth is not a generic image or file hosting or backup service. You must not modify, adapt or hack New Commonwealth or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with New Commonwealth. You must not create or submit unwanted email to any New Commonwealth members ("Spam".) You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. You must not, in the use of New Commonwealth, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your access to New Commonwealth. While New Commonwealth prohibits such conduct and content on its website and takes steps to automatically detect and quarantine such content, you understand and agree that New Commonwealth cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its website and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the New Commonwealth service at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the New Commonwealth service for any reason, without notice at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service. New Commonwealth does not warrant that the operation of the New Commonwealth website or the hosting of the domain name will be uninterrupted or error free because of the nature of those services, and no liability or losses consequent on such matters will be accepted by New Commonwealth. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Service at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Service, we will notify you via internet mail. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.
New Commonwealth do not sell any personal information to other companies or third parties. New Commonwealth do not use your name, address, email address, or phone number to deliver Internet ads or unsolicited mail. If you are part of our mailing lists, we will always have a clear mechanism for you to remove yourself from future mailings. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. Employees (including consultants and contractors) of New Commonwealth may be given access to your personal information in the normal course of managing the service, however their use will be governed by this policy. Under our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to use personal information provided to us (such as Google user id, email address and IP address data) to deny access to New Commonwealth. We may also pass information to law enforcement agencies if legally required to do so. You may request account deletion at any time, but please note that your data may remain on our system for some period. Should New Commonwealth or its business assets be acquired, user data would be one of the assets that is transferred, however this data would be still treated according to this policy. New Commonwealth reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. If there are any materially different terms we will place a prominent notice on our website or email you about them. To use parts of the New Commonwealth service you have to create an account which involves associating your internet email address with your New Commonwealth user id. You may also associate your Google account user id with New Commonwealth and authorize New Commonwealth access to the Google API.
While using New Commonwealth our servers will automatically log page requests with associated information such as your computer's IP address. We will use these statistics to help study usage and improve the service. We also make use of Google Analytics and Intercom for the same purpose (see note below). We may share parts of this information in anonymous aggregate form for promotional or similar purposes.
